A Few More Pointers

If you have a preference of groomer please be sure to select which groomer you would like. If you choose "first available" you will be booked with whichever groomer has the soonest open appointment.

**If you do not receive a confirmation email from us your appointment is not booked, if that happens please call the groomer you booked with they will take care of it for you.**

Making an Appointment

Although our program gives you a specific time for you appointment we still offer a drop off window and you are welcome to drop your dog anytime within that window that works for you.

Our drop off window is 7:30am-10:00am Monday thru Friday and 7:30am-9:00am Saturday & Sunday.
